How do I change my order’s Shipping Address?

Once your order has been placed, we only have the ability to cancel it. If you would like to make changes to the contents of the order, we will have to cancel and replace your order to make those changes.

If you are simply trying to add items to your order, we suggest just placing a new order as our UPS Ground shipping is always free.

The window to make changes to an order is anywhere between 30 minutes and roughly 3 hours, which is the time it takes to put together your order and slap a UPS label on it. A phone call is best when handling time sensitive matters, so give us a ring at 1-877-294-7737.
